Deep Sleep Sounds ("we", "our", or "the app") is a free ambient sound application developed for Android. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use our app.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not require account creation, login, or registration of any kind. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other personal data.

The free version of Deep Sleep Sounds displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. This may include:
You can opt out of personalized ads at any time via Android Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
The app requests the INTERNET permission solely to load advertisements
via AdMob. No audio, user data, or usage analytics are transmitted over the internet.
Deep Sleep Sounds does not access your microphone or record any audio. All sounds are bundled within the app and played back locally.
The app runs a foreground media service to continue playing sounds when the screen is off or the app is in the background. This service does not collect any data.
Our app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we collect no personal data at all, COPPA compliance is inherent to our design.
